But I would have expected a greater weight reduction.

Maybe its because you weighted them?

I was thinking the same on the weight reduction, but with the new tires the car rides sooooo much better, really like night and day.

I could not be happier period.

i was thinking of doing a different color for the calipers but I think I really like the way they look in black/charcoal, whatever

I thiink the red would be to much,,,,,,I was thinking silver like a few post above said.

Silver caliper with black "Viper" in writing

Plus all late 03-08 vipers have them, (unless the owners changes them) and i hate looking the same as the next guy....lol

but to tell you the truth, i think i'm glad i have the black/charcoal color calipers with these rims......I do hate my stock rotor hats though
