Anyone know who sells HRE wheels on here for a good price? I'm looking for either the 790R or the 890R or 590R in 20's for the front and 21's for the rear. And yes I'm looking to go with the 375/20 21 on the rear....anyone got a problem with that can just kiss my white butt!!!!!!! LOL :D Thanks

Unless I'm mistaken, the 21 is a rare size that must be custom ordered from HRE or any other rim maker. That and take into accout you will need a 14-15" wide rim. If you are wanting to run that kind of tire, you are going to have to bite the bullet and order them new from HRE. If you wanted to go a cheaper route, give John a call at CCW. He should be able to make you a rim that looks close to the HRE for a lot less. I'm puzzled why you would want a tire that wide though, the sheer width alone will cost you some HP/TQ. But, to each his own :). Good luck!

Well I'm pushing 700 rwhp now and am getting ready to put a twin turbo kit on it for around 900rwhp-1200rwhp so I'm not concerned with losing a little hp. :D

There's nothing hard about getting the 21 and you can order it in whatever width you want, at least our customers can so I don't see why HRE would be any different. The 375 would look great in a 13.5 wheel.

Get ahold of Nineball for the HRE's he's viper owner as well and a great guy to work with. If your interested in some 360's shoot me a pm.

Guess I better pucker up on those wheel sizes. If you want similar wheels to HRE but a lot cheaper call CCW Complete Custom Wheels in Daytona. At least check out their web site for photos and comparison to HRE jewelry.

Go with a 19/20 setup

I currently have 20's front and rear by Asanti. Unfortunaltey Asanti only makes the 21 inch rim in a max width of 12 inches in te style rim I have now. So if I want to go with the 21 inch rear I have to replace all four rims. :(

Better have it setup right. Launch hard with a TT and you'll have rubbing issues. Hell you might have them anyway. My 20's hook up fine, 345's. Even then my Gen 3 almost has issues hitting/rubbing

I'm curious, I heard that the 375/20/21 Pirelli P-Zero cost over $700 per tire. Is there any truth to that cost?

99VPRGTS may be giving "true" wheel widths (14-15") as measured for a 375/21 tire, but apparently it does not apply with this Pirelli tire. Aries, apparently the 2010 Pirelli Data Book states that the recommended tire with for that 375/20-21 tire is 12.0-13.0".

The link below contains some information on this very subject, particularly the true vs. actual widths.

Hmmmm I was wondering why Tire Rack had no specs for the Pirelli but had them for the Kumho. Could it be that the tire is not a true 375mm width like the guy on the vette forum was saying?

Well, maybe its not "officially" okay to mount on a 13.5", but the tire is freakin huge compared to the 345/25R20 Nitto Invo.

I got a good laugh out of that statement. You can afford to lose a few. :headbang:

Turn that frown upside down. Losing the Asanti's is a huge plus.
