Lost a nut

OK pervs, that's not what I meant. :p

After having the sills repainted i guess I didn't put that 10mm nut all the way on and it came loose and disappeared. (You know, the one up top that's hard to get to.)

Looked at O'Riley's, Auto Zone, and even the hardware store and nobody had something I could replace it with. Any ideas on where I could get that one nut? I would hate to trouble a real supplier with that small of an order. And if I ordered it I'll bet the shipping would cost more than the nut.

a regular flange nut from the hardware store will work. I lost one of mine too. Ordered the factory nut from the dealer (10 bucks or so) but put a regular flange nut in place till the new nut came in. I didn't change it out for 3-4 months and it worked fine. I could have left it like that and not had an issue.

Anyone have an idea were I can get a nut....

LOL..Come back to Hawaii and Ill take you to were they hang out..Not that I know first hand or anything

Seriously though, does anyone have a picture of said nut... (I am SO getting banned for asking that one :rolaugh:)... Lots of different styled ones out there!

I woud try Ace - they don't have the most hardware but they do have alot of the oddball stuff ;) that others don't.
