I was down at M2 this past weekend and witnessed a VERY strong creampuff. With a SAFE tune, basic 7lb Paxton kit, and a little shot of juice, the car dynoed 798 rwhp and 768 rwtq!

I was personally very shocked at these numbers. Congrats to the owner of this red beast. :2tu:

Call Macedo Motorports at 407-246-6511 if you want strong numbers without deflowering your creampuff.

7 lb on a cream puff? I thought the most it can take is 5 1/2 lbs ?

My guess is he had the water/**** kit installed. This kit allows the owner to go with a smaller pulley(higher in lbs) safely. those are some huge numbers, congrats :2tu:

Great Numbers.

BACKNBLACK,

I have a 6.5lb on my creampuff with H20/**** injection, which according to Roe is safe. I believe that other tuners are also moving creampuffs to setups like mine.

The Paxton kit has an air to water charge cooler which allows the car to run more boost with safety. The water/**** acts as a charge cooler on the un-intercooled Roe setup.

I beleive water/**** is in combination with the Paxton intercooler. Other than the Paxton and juice, this car has no other major modifications.

Still sounds like a lot of HP to be using cast pistons. Temps may be down with water/**** but cylinder pressure would still be high with 800hp There might have been a swap to forged pistons..-but what do I know ?

Nice numbers, but I like mine better, yesterday Larry made 735 rwhp and
890 rwtq, on my completely stock creampuff motor. Yes that torque number is 890. Larry is the master of tune!!! Thanks Larry

fuelman,

Awesome Numbers! Are you going to be at Bradenton this weekend? If so, I definately need to pick your brain on your setup.

Pardon my ignorance, but what does "creampuff" engine mean? I have heard this term used on the 2001-2002 vipers, what exactly does that me? thanks

A viper with cast(not forged) pistons. 2000-up vipers.
