My hook thingy has gone limp

The hook that connects the top to the top of the windshield is dangling- I can manuely hook it and unhook it but that will get old....Am I alone here or has anybody had this happen......I hate the dealer.

The actual "J" hook that clamps the convertible roof to the windshield frame - and no, never had a problem. Just make sure you leave it in the "open" position when you put the top down - it doesn't fasten correctly otherwise...

My hook thingy has gone limp.......My advice as a urologist is try ******....that reminds me who else did I threaten to send some of that stuff to? I am sure the moderator will figure that one out.

the handle that controls the J hook (thanks chris)no longer controls the j hook.......i'm screwed..dealer b.s. time
