The weather is finally clearing up in MN so I decided to take a couple pics. Enjoy!

Thanks! It was always my favorite as well. When I was looking for a GTS, there was no other option in my eyes.

It's just too bad that it was so bright out, the color looks washed out. It's a deeper blue in person.

Doesn't look washed out to me. Although I must say I like the way mine looks with a touch of cloud cover. Looks like you have a serious speed addiction man...and those Brembo's look damn nice too. Did that car come from San Diego by chance?

My thoughts are the same. I think i saw this car for sale in California…..supercharged, gen 3 wheels, brembo brakes, down to updated door release handles……very nice set up.

Yep, I purchased the car from SoCal about a year and a half ago. Good eye

Also, the fox body being "no slouch" is an understatement. It makes the viper feel like a Prius

Thank you!

Unfortunately sunny days are in short supply in this area

Yes, the mustang has an 80 mm, but the engine it's attached to is also somewhat unique. If you take a close look you'll see what I mean *evil grin*

I love the car and it's been an absolute thrill to own, but I find myself babying it to the extreme and not wanting to put miles on it. I want to continue building a stable of cars that I can get a few rock chips in without stressing.

That's what body shops are for LOL. Really tho, maybe you should buy one with a salvage title for cheap and run the heck out of it and just store this one.

You're probably right, but I'm going to let someone else enjoy it. I'm sure it will go to another good home and be well cared for.

For now I'm going to concentrate on polishing up the mustang build (1,300 hp) and continuing to tinker with my daily driver (STI). I'm positive I'll have another viper in the future.

Nope, haven't sold it yet, but it is currently for sale.

3M actually used the car yesterday for some marketing photos of the new carbon fiber film. Can't decide if I like it or not.

REALLY NICE! I Definitely like the white stripes better than the Carbon Fiber, jmo! I also Love those wheels on the Mustang, if you put those on the Viper it wouldn't be NO stopping it! Lol! I didn't see it in the classifieds, where do you have it listed?

Thanks!

Those are FM5's on the mustang, but they would have to be a few inches larger to even come close to clearing the viper's brembos :rolaugh:

The car is on Autotrader. I've been meaning to list it in the classifieds section but haven't gotten around to it just yet.

Sold the car for $45K after over two months on the market.

During this time I received more than a few messages from viper owners saying that I was selling it too cheap and needed to raise the price. I'm not sure why this community tries to get so involved with trying to manage the market for these cars. If it was priced too low, it would have sold faster.

Just thought I would follow up with feedback in case anyone is trying to research values

Its cool for what it is, maybe on black it'd be subtle and unique. On yours, white is classic and great.
