Posting sound clips

What is the best way to post sound clips on here? I will be using my Android phone to record. Not the best I know, but it's all I have right now. I am adding a Borla cat-back this weekend and I want to do a build thread with before and after clips. I will also try to post the step-by-step process with pics...if it goes well.

no, they use html and html is not allowed on most forums due to the problems that can be caused by malicious code

I apologize for the cliff-note version I posted. If you have specific questions on the install I will try to answer as best I can. However, it was very straighforward. I think I used a total of 4 tools, including a hammer to "help" get the old exhaust off. The hardest part was getting to the forward 10mm nuts on the side sills. They are in the top side vents and the genius who engineered that part didn't leave room to get a boxed-end Gearwrench on the nut. The stud is too close to the splash guard to use anything but an open end 10mm. Yeah...I cussed that engineer quite a bit! Very easy install though.
