If we use 220 work days a year as an approximation we're talking 2640 Vipers per year.

Not true. I beieve they produced more than 3000 in 94 and ~2500 in 2004. Completely agree on the quality control.

You can't use that math. No flow line ever starts at full rate, ever. They will be at 12 once they get going, but for the beginning, it would be much lower. I saw a video where Ralph said 2000 units per year.
