Prospective Owner needs Viper Verification

Does anyone from Florida area recognize this Viper? Seller stated he bought it from J7 motorsports and the original owner is/was president of Viper Club of America.
Would like to know little history of the Viper.

I can't say I recall that belonging to a past President, I may have belonged to a past regional President.
