I'm signed up for everything. This will be a blast.

Awesome Mike, it will be a great weekend for everyone. Glad you got your car sorted out and it is back on the streets. Chris confirmed he got your Zone registration in today, did you email your SRT? I got a confirmation within 24hrs from my email to them, just wondering how quick they are getting back to everyone with a confirmation.

I got a confirmation from them the next day as well. At least that they would begin "processing" it, not necessarily that it was done.

Correct, they will mail out your passes and everything you need for the Race event. This way everyone is good To go before we arrive at COTA. If anyone does not get the SRT package or an email from our region by September 13th you need to contact either party. We both will confirm we got your registration once we get it.

Getting very excited!

I see the Vipers race on Saturday. What events are on Sunday?

Sunday will be awesome as well. It is the World Endurance Championships. All the prototypes, delta wings, crazy looking race cars that race the 24hrs of Le Mans, this is that series. I have never seen these cars in person, only on Speed channel for the Le Mans race. Ben Keating racing IMSA GT3 Cup on Friday, Vipers dominating on Saturday and World Endurance Champs on Sunday, none stop action. IN addition with the drives and dinners we have planned for the Zone rendezvous event your entire weekend is planned for $10!

Honestly all three days have a huge draw for me, never seen Ben in the GT3 series, never seen the new GTSR Vipers on the track and never seen the World Endurance series in person. Gonna be an awesome weekend.

Sorry for the late response. Just got back from a three day weekend vacation - wedding anniversary. Saw your response.
Yes, I emailed my reservation (and CC Payment) into SRT and received a confirmation back from them. Hope they remember to process it. I understand there is only room from 50 Vipers in the corral. Hope mine makes it. It will be a sad Viper if it has to look in on all the other Vipers from the sidelines.

We started off with a 50 car corral to keep costs down as low as possible. If we have more than 50 cars entered we have time and availability to increase the size of the parking corral. We won't leave anyone out that wants to join us, promise!

Sounds like SRT is getting back to everyone within a day or two of sending your info in, that is great response time for confirmations!

All Thumbs up. Like I said before ... given some of the other "Drama" that has been going on in the background, you guys have and are, doing an awesome job.
While we sometimes may forget to give you a congratulatory slap on the back, we sincerely appreciate it.
And I do want to buy you a drink at the bar.

When was the brunch scheduled for Sunday? I'm going to have to drive back home then and didn't know if I could afford to leave that late (assuming I want sleep before Monday morning at work, lol).

Brunch will be in Lockhart (BBQ Capitol of Texas), the earliest we can eat is 9:30AM. IT is all pay as you go so if we are running behind leaving the hotel or anything feel free to get a head start, we will all be there eventually. I know Sunday will be all over the place for most people trying to get back home for work Monday.

All signed up and ready to go. It's going to be a great time.

Glad to hear it! Looking forward to meeting everyone and showing you out of state guys what kind of roads we have. We are planning a Twisted Sisters drive as well early 2014 that you have to join, some of the best roads I've ever been on.

My confirmation also was the 22nd of last month. There of course still is time, but I sure hope they don't cut this too short.
Guess if push comes to shove, I can sit at the hotel bar and watch ALMS on TV (air conditioned) and drink umbrella drinks to make it seem exotic. (LOL)

Still waiting for my packet.

I verified with JR Thompson, SRT, and COTA this morning that all Race weekend packages will be sent out the day after the deadline (September 13). This will ensure we have the right size parking area and hospitality tent.

Thanks for the update Kurt. I hate "Suspense". Now I can rest easy.
People are still welcome to join me for a drink at the bar.

To all who have not registered, YOU HAVE ONLY 6 MORE DAYS you MUST get everything SUBMITTED by September 13, 2013 without exception to both South Central Texas Viper Club as well as SRT to join the entire weekend of activities.

We must have these entries in by the 13th! IT is only 6 days away! With it being so close I highly suggest emailing or faxing all the documents. US Mail may not get it here on time.

For the SW Zone Rendezvous event the best way to ensure registration by THIS Friday September 13,2013
*Pay with PayPal (use [email protected] as recipient) and submit registration form to fax: (830) 438-7984 or email [email protected]
*Where else can you get a private dinner with all your Viper friends, a t-shirt, great scenic morning drives and other goodies for $10? You can't pass up this deal!
For the SRT Race Weekend Package
*email completed SRT form to: [email protected] or fax to (248)553-2138

AGAIN WE MUST GET THESE IN BY SEPTEMBER 13 2013, no exceptions. Late registrations for the SW Zone event will put a rush on extra shirts and may not get done in time as well as food order for Friday's dinner MUST be in by September13th. ALL LATE registrations RECEIVED AFTER September 13, 2013 will be need an additional $50 fee so do not turn a $10 registration fee into a $60 fee!

Deadline for SRT is also September 13th. There is no late fee for that. If you do not have your registration into SRT by the 13th there is little we can do.

Get your registration in NOW to avoid missing out on this entire action packed SRT weekend!

I just received a COTA confirmation update from SRT. Basically, it advised my ticket package for ALMS should arrive to me September 16th, and will include my tickets and Car Corral pass, along with a map of the track indicating the location of the car corral, hospitality site and SRT display site, along with a weekend events schedule. It also advised upon arrival at the car corral, I would need to check in at the SRT tent to receive my hospitality pass.

All good stuff. Can't wait.
