Radiator recore

Hi everyone,

Took out the radiator on my 99 GTS; there's a good amount of corrosion and some leaking. I want to get it recored and looking for advice on where to send it. There's a thread in the SRT forum section I replied to that mentioned Glen-ray radiators (https://www.restorationradiators.com/) for a recore. Just wanted to see if people still recommend this place or if there are other options I should explore. Also, I'm assuming that an upgrade to a 3 core is wise as well. I'm in GA and figure I'll have to send it out.

Not sure where in GA you are, but a fellow local GEN II owner told me to go to these guys when I suspected mine of leaking. They pressure tested it (told me it was not leaking), cleaned it up and returned it to me. Cost about $100.

Glenn Ray is expensive but you won’t be sorry!

Recore is the best way. There are lot with aftermarket radiators, but need to be customized when mounting it again. Recore cost $150 - $200.
