Stripes and spoiler...

I got a quote for vinyl stripes installed for 650$. Is this a good price or am I getting hosed? They also quoted me 400$ to get the mopar spoiler installed and painted. Seemed kind of expensive, but maybe im wrong. Any ideas?

Local price here is $300 for the stripes from the last I heard. That price may be a few years old however.

$400 to paint anything ain't too bad, especially if they're going to install it. Long as they do a good job.

$400 for painting and installing the spoiler is not bad at all. The price quoted for the striping is ridiculous, at least in my area.

2 of my friends here (one being triblk6spd) had their vinyl stripes done for $650-ish. The guy that did them is REALLY good and has been doing it for 10-15 years. He comes to your house and does it in your garage for you.

I am putting stripes on mine sometime next week, been shopping around, been quoted everything from $200-$750 haha.

I found a great place to buy the vinyl in IL.

My vinyl was sourced and installed for around $600US (paid in CDN at the time). That was for custom printed vinyl and install.

That sounds like a great deal. I think most people say the vinyl costs around $125 so for only $225 for labor sounds very good IMO

michael needs to learn math..... 125 + 225 doesn't = 650

650 is high for vinyl, 350 to paint and install a spoiler is right on.

I did my own vinyl stripe install for $149 and I have enough vinyl for 5 Vipers. However, I've been quoted $400-600 or so for painted stripes which I'm doing this winter. Vinyl is nice but a PITA to maintain.
