This is really strange...non-ACR wheels, and what in the world are those seats? Carmel colored leather?

Those seats are out of a Viper with Cognac leather

That was my 1st thought as well, but isn't cognac a darker shade than what the CL car has? Or it could just be the photography making it look lighter. The CL car looks more like the Gen 1 tan interior to me

those seats look too light to be cognac, checking pictures from my car the seats never looked that light even in direct sun

someone should get the VIN and check to see if it's even an ACR, looks kinda odd that a collector would swap out some stuff

After looking again, pretty sure you're right....Gen 1 interior is even worse! At least the cognac is pretty rare haha!

Regarding low miles and problems. One would be the front steering rack. With lack of use and moisture infiltration they fail.

It is an ACR however I am not sure why it does not have the ACR wheels. The Viper was part of a collection of cars the prevoius owner had. When he passed away his wife auctioned of his estate and collection. I purchased it from the dealership which bought it from the estate sale.

Also hello from a new member :)

Congrats on the new ACR!! Those seats are custom...maybe the previous owner liked a specific leather and had them recovered in something he really liked. I know you'll enjoy driving that car, I'm up to 71k miles on mine, so you've got a lot of miles to catch me.

Regards,
Aaron

Thanks for the Info 7th Sign & Welcome to the Club!

Thank you sir. It's an honor to be a part of the club! I can already tell this is a very cool group of car enthusiasts.

Thank you!

No problem, it’s a 99 ACR. I purchased it this past July with 805 miles on it. That’s really about it. It’s stock for now :(
$50,000

Welcome to the Viper Nation. Strongly suggest you upgrade the tires on that beauty, they are past worthless and into dangerous at that age. You are living in one of the most active regions in the country. The next VCA club event is next weekend.

Thanks much! Ordered some tires two nights ago, like you said I just don't trust these. I would love to come to make the next event and meet you all (calender marked):headbang:

congrats

is this your 1st viper?

if so, be sure to understand snake bite

:drive:

It is my first Viper. I had two prevoius Supra's that put down some nice power.
