Ok I remmember you now. I talked to you for a minute outside the hotel and I remmeber the dash that was cool! You were having an issue with the paint on the hood or something I believe. That was a sweet ride! Well hope to see you again this year. Im 36 so I consider myself young

Ok so where is a good place to get a drink in Pigeon Forge yall or elswhere. I know severe county used to be a dry county and maybe still is? Maybe Matt could chime in?

Well, I can't bring the race car with no windows, air, license, etc. or I will end up as one of these wild stories and have one very unhappy wife.
I guess we will just cruise up in the orange and black "supersized" Viper.

Im not sure I could get into town by that time. I get out of work Thursday around 2:30 and pick my son from school then drop him off and head on down. Im thinking ill get into town probably about 7:00-7:30. I would love to do the dragon twice!! Especially if it wasn't crouded but im afraid I couldn't be down early enough?
Could meet for some beers though?
we could start at 7:30 but we'd be coming back at dusk - fine with me, for sure! Others?
(am leaving to go do now - early day off - so won't be able to check back until this evening)

When we get a little closer to the date I will PM you my cell and get yours. When I get near I40 I will buzz you and see if a Dragon run will work? If not then maybe a few Viper comrads will get together for some lies and beer...

Yea I guess you could try and get the fatty out of the stable to come play... Or duct tape some bags to the windows, grab a cold drink and slap a fake plate on
. Its all good! Matt seems to know the powers that be in the PF and Gatlinburg towns very well

Man that dealer has yet to call me back!! I left a long message on Sunday and told him that I needed a call back on Monday. Never called.. So I figured that was a a sign and I should move on to another one. I found a really nice 01 RT/10 in Texas. A little far but I am willing to fly out there and drive it back if it's in great condition. Just want to make sure I find one that will last and is a good deal. I passed a few up in the last month that I wish I had bought. I hope one comes along soon that I can buy.

GREAT. The '09 Challenger will be a nice addition
Just don't make us look too bad on the Dragon I think Sevier Co is still dry. They've got a TGI Fridays.

Sorry guys for not being on here the past several days (I'm in sunny Fl. with my wife on vacation and she's keeping me away from my other wives...........cars and the forums)

Which direction are you taking from Nashville ? It's only an extra 30 miles to go thru Chatt AND you get to drive Monteagle mountain. Heck it may even be quicker because of the road construction on I-40

We never really know for sure until all show up. There's always some that show up unannounced so that being said, I'd be very suprised if we don't have at least as many as last year (30+). We'll be shutting down Gatlinburg with a police escorted cruise thru town Sat evening. (We're just about finished with itinerary)

That's not all that bad! Do you remember last year? Beautiful, sunny weather, then, when we pulled into hotel parking lot, the bottom fell out of the sky with no warnings. Then it was sunny again

2-2:30 Meet GA & NC Vipers at Deals Gap Resort
3:30 Depart as a group UP the Dragon on scenic ride to the hosthotel (Shular Inn)
5:30-6:00 Arrive at hotel for check-in
7:15 Meet in Lobby to leave for dinner (Alamo Steakhouse or tbd)
9:00 Free time!!!
Sat 30th
8-9:30 Breakfast either at hotel or local restaurant
10:00 Depart for cruise up to Clingmans Dome (highest point in Tn)
(we may have a photographer avail for some group/individual photos to be purchased-posters, disc, etc)
1:00 lunch-tbd
2-4:00 Social time, pics, cruising, etc on our way back to hotel to freshen up
6:00-7:00 Meet at host hotel to gather for cruise (police escorted) up to Gatlinburg to once again bring the town to a stand still!
