Time And Location Of Web Site Meeting

5pm, Thursday September 30th. The Bar in the Little America Hotel. Avatar badges will be provided when you arrive at the bar, they are encased in plastic with a lanyard to wear around the neck. We decided to do the meeting on the first day so they could be worn for the rest of the week so you can bump into friends from the board.
Double check when you register in in case there is a last minute shift in location or time, which I doubt.
