I have an '05 Copperhead and I want to have the valve covers powder coated in the copperhead color. I had them painted and they look great, but after one year some paint is flaking off. I bought another set on ebay to get powder coated but now i can't find anyone willing to do it around here. When they find out their magnezium they don't want to have anything to do with them.

Is there someone that I can send them in to and get them done? Someone that has experience doing these (because I guess their hard to do). What's the going rate?

Be aware that certain colors come out smoother than others. The reds and yellows are smoother. Silver is more difficult to get smooth. Can't remember why but that was my experience anyway.

Yep, no one around here would. I have sent my cores in to R&j distributing so we'll see how they come out. :)
