I have a Gen 2 with Gen 3 brakes and 3" is about all I could get with my 20's. I wanted a little more but I wanted bigger brakes so I had to just get all I could. I don't see it being much different on a Gen 3.

I'd say they are correct. I thought mine were 3" and just measured and they are actually closer to 3 & 1/4" in the rear. They are extremely close to rubbing and my shop told me they actually may have a slight rub on occasion when I was adjusting my coilovers last week.

Thanks guys, I went to check out my newly finished custom 3 piece and I thought they were screwing with me that only 3" would fit. Was really hoping 4", but if they'll rub I'll stick with the 3's. Thanks a lot guys puts my mind at ease after dropping some serious coin on new wheels. Hopefully Monday I'll post pics!!!

I have seen a gen 2 with about a 5" lip, it was a while ago at SVS's old shop here in Chicago. I wanted to say they were Iforged but I could be wrong. It was a yellow RT/10.

Not sure where you are taking this measurement from, but my Iforged 20" wheels measure 3.5" from the inside of the outer piece to the edge which is probably 4" from the bolted joint surface.

You have a B/W GTS in your avatar? Is this the car the iforged wheels are on?

Offsets are a little different between a SRT-10 car, but more importantly, the small Gen II rear brakes will allow up to a 5" lip. That's the main difference between generations and wheel fitments.

Gen 1-2 cars can get a deeper lip on the back, because of the puny brakes. Gen 3-5 cars usually have a 3.0 rear lip, unless the wheel is one of those "Super Deep" concave forgings. Then it can get 3.5-4.0 depending on the brand.

I have 360 Spec 5's, measured them earlier today when I posted and they are approx 3 1/4" lips. Which style did you go with?

Thanks xstar, I was thinking of pming you. Yours look way deeper than 3 ", I went with a custom build 3 piece with arp bolts powder coated clear they are basically 360 straight 5's tho. I did 19-20. Hopefully ill have them installed today!!!! Will post some pics.

Are these 19/20 or 20/20

Thanks for the compliment. It's a 20/20 set-up. I love the look, but do wish I had more rubber on the front at times & if the roads are bad.

I've never regretted my decision and doubt you will either. Look forward to seeing them on your car!
