When you upsize rims you go with a lower profile tire. The goal is to get to the same(or close to) overall diameter as stock. Long drives in a Viper
Have a seat in one and see for yourself. I personally think that the Gen2 seats are very comfy. Actually too cushiony for me so i am switching the drivers seat out for something a bit more fitted to me and performance oriented. I love long drives in the GTS. How many miles can I expect on a new set of tires.?
I assumed street tires in the ~200 treadwear ballpark. Like the ones most of us run: PSS/PS2/Invo/NT05/BFG- Dom426h

How many miles can I expect on a new set of tires.?
I get 2 years out of a set with ~5,000 miles per year and a couple autoX's & trackdays. If i did no performance events i'd expect 3-4. So maybe 15-20K miles since that is what you are asking. Even if they still have tread i'd personally replace after a max of 5 years as the tire compound...- Dom426h

Stay away from invos for the track(roadcourse). They have a soft sidewall that rolls over. NT05 is the offering from Nitto that you will want to consider next to the others.- Dom426h
