    I'm running Belangers with Borla catback and it is pretty loud and sounds incredible. Completely tolerable with no discernible drone. 96 GTS.

    Thanks for the info. The only difference I found was that the small bulb in the speedo is a "s1 03", this same one is also in the info pod, just one, the other 13 are the 74's. Do you know if it is the same as a 74?

    JPG Express (Glenn Boglish) is also a great option. You will dealing with the owner/driver. I have had him ship motorcycles for me and I am a picky SOB. He handles a lot of expensive cars.

    It is faded and scuffed. Should have mentioned initially, if I decide to dye, it would be the same factory color so bleed through should not be an issue.

    I have the console out of my 96 gts and am debating on painting, dyeing, or having it covered. It seems that covering would be the most durable albeit the most costly. I just wanted to inquire what others have done and thoughts on these options. Did you diy or have a shop do it? Thanks.

    Already did a search with no results. I am in the process of painting the dash and wanted to ask how many have painted the airbag cover as well? Did you leave it in the car or remove the assembly? Mine is actually in perfect shape but probably won't be able to match it to the new dash paint...

    dash removal question

    I tried tilting the wheel all the way down - no luck. The yellow around it is a rag. Also, if I remove the three screws that hold the bottom of the shroud will the top half come off too? I need to buy the tool to remove the screws so have not tried it yet.

    On my 96 gts I have all the screws removed and everything is unplugged. I just cannot figure out how to work the dash around the steering column. There is an "L" shaped portion that wraps around the lower left hand side of the column that seeems to be the part that is preventing it from coming...

    It is for my 96 that currently has the factory setup. I really like my music but the car is a driver and I would rather not pay premium for a brand new high end system if someone has one collecting dust. Thanks.
