I have my 96 financed through Capital One... Its a 10 year old car... Its all about your credit... If the repaint was done right I wouldnt worry to much but if its noticable then I would say pass... Like other have said why repaint the whole car for just a rear end collision...

if there a factory finish wheel you can send them to any GOOD wheel repair shop and they can refinish them in a true polished finish... I did this on my stock 18s when I had them and they look amazing IF you can keep up on them...
I had to go put a coat of polish on my baby after reading this.... But on a side note all you guys are old;) ... im 21 and bought it when I was 19........
I Tried to take my lowered GTS to 2 big dealers in the Dallas area.. and both couldnt or didnt want to try and get it on there rack... I ended up taking it to a shop where I had my Cuda done at. They have a Pit so there was no problem getting it on the rack...
yeah never trust the dealers inspection...
a short story for you about dealer inspections.. before the purchase of my 96 GTS I took it to the local Dodge Dealer who which I had there Viper Tech do a pre-purchase inspection on the car.. He checks the car out.. I buy the car drive it for a day...
