Anywhere between idle and redline, depending on condition of track, weather conditions, etc.
In other words, there is NO magic number. Ya gotta see what works and what doesn't, and adjust from there.

Otherwise, I've got an X-Metal Throttle Body sitting here. Still debating whether or not I'm going to install it or sell it.:dunno:
Also attempted my own smooth-tube install yesterday, but the silicone tube turned out to be about 1.5"...
