I think some people are completely missing the point. I am sure their are many people that HMS delivered what he contracted for and promised. Then as with almost any business there are those that for one reason or another become dissatisfied. I have watched very quitely to many posts of people...

Please put me out of my misery concerning headers! Help!

I have the Belanger setup, and have friends with it also. It makes definite HP gain, is easy to install, and they are quick to help out with any tech info. Tom Welch handles the line. Interesting at Mid Ohio Viper Days, it was mentioned that the cars dynoed with the belanger headers seemed to...

    brake cooling fans

Glenn, yes the center of the vanes is where you want the mist to spray, as the rotor spins it draws the mist into the vanes helping to cool them. Are you setting this up in a race car or streetable car? let me know how you make out or if you need any other info. It is rather easy to install...

    brake cooling fans

tom, I was at a track event at SC where I spent some time talking with Jimmy Adams, formerly of Viperspeed fame, and with his tech Mechanics. The idea came from them and here is what I put on my race viper. This is a track only car but the same idea can easily be rigged under the hood where...

One of my favorite upgrades, Engine Pre-Luber & Pressure Accumulator..

Sean, I am interested in this. As you know I blew out two main bearings racing at Pocono, where we run the high bank, and destroyed a new crate V-10 with just over 2k miles on it. I would be looking for "insurance" against possibly loss of oil pressure the next time. Engines are just too...

    Vettes crying again

That kind of a bold statement MY VETTE, I know one thing on the street I dont drive nuts, so I guess I am afraid to go fast...or more to the point why? To wreck my car or get someone killed, or lose my license? But if you think you want some bragging rights come on up to Pocono or a road course...

    Vettes crying again

I think the Corvette guys are just too funny. Boy as soon as you try to give credit to where credit is due, that guys like Archer are great drivers these guys go off the deep end. They are so bitter that the Viper has been kickin their butts they go off the deep end in SCCA. Next we will have to...

    Vettes crying again

Right on Don, hard work has made me successful and if their is that kind of cash "lying in the gutter" then I should rethink my business philosophy. LOL...I dont think so. And I am SO TIRED of hearing that the VETTE is all that for the money, or is that the money that it losses as you drive it...

    Bleeding Brakes

Definitely bleeed those brakes, all four calipers! This should be a religous experience before every track event and twice a year if you dont. Brake fluid is hydroscopic. It naturally absorbs moisture, and that is one of its primary functions. The fluid as it absorbs moisture losses its boiling...

95' RT/10 almost ate it at 135 MPH

Re: 95\' RT/10 almost ate it at 135 MPH The big problem with doing 135 MPH on the street is grip. What the big difference is usually at a track as more and more drivers put down rubber to the surface and the surface heats up, grip changes. To drive on a "cold" road at night at 135 mph and into...

    Dealership suggested NOT getting headers...

I have the Belanger setup, headers and cat back, was an easy install, and the horsepower definitely increased. Headers make the engine breathe better as the exhaust exits the engine faster. The sound is great yet not real noisy at cruising speed. Call Tom Welch, BTR Viper, he is an advertiser on...

    Ferrari vs Vipers at Pocono

The event was great fun until my engine cut loose. The World Challenge Ferrari's were no match for us, but the F-40's were definitely fast in the straights, just too much horsepower, but they were toasted in the turns and banks. It was great to fly by them at 150 mph in the bank as they seemed...

    NJVCA Pocono Roundup (Long)

What a great first day out on the track. Hats off to Adel Elsayed for getting the season off to a great start. Moving Viper 4 piston caliper to rear? help?

I understand the Viper front calipers can be moved to the rear but a bracket may be needed. Has anyone done this and if so who has this bracket. I have upgraded the fronts to brembo, and the master cylinder is also been upgraded. A portioning valve is also been added. Thanks.
