    Twin turbo police car in DC?

    IF it's for real, it is possible that the VIPER was confiscated in a drug bust or something similar. Then it stays at the police station until a traffic cop checks it out for the day. Never-the-less, I have my doubts that any municipality would insure such a car. :)
