2 noob questions on drivers dash

Took delivery of my Viper today - an '02 ACR
Didn't come with an owners manual so I need to buy or download one asap!!

What's the large hole under each side of the dash, just ahead of your knees?

Also, what's the little knob under the drivers dash, directly under the steering wheel??

The owner's manual is often found in the pocket on the back of the seat.

How do I fold the seat forward to see this pocket? I can't find any release button or latch.

Very front lower corner of the seat, you will find a small tab. This is the release for the seat back.

Ahhhh. Found the latch, thanks! Unfortunately? No owners manual back there.
I live in Churchville Pa, about 10 miles north of Phillly. Haven't found any local Viper guys yet but, hoping to soon.

There are about 10 of us fairly active in Northern Delaware. I have a couple let's in my garage and guys are usually here at some point most weekends. You're welcome to join us if you want to make the drive. I'm also happy to give you all complete tour of your car.

Shows and events have just about wrapped up here in the northeast but there are cars and Coffee Saturday morning.
