I am currently searching for a low mileage 2001 ACR sapphire blue for sale. Any info regarding the desired ACR is well appreciated.

I too am looking for a sapphire/silver stripe stock low mileage ACR. I should have jumped on one a few years ago but didn't.

What ever happen to that ACR, it was Dealmakers wasn't it. Is the new owner or Dealmaker still on this board? That was the only other Sapphire/Silver GTS that I knew of with super low mileage under 3000 besides mine.

Good luck with your search. I know when I was looking for a super clean Sapphire/Silver or Graphite/Silver it took me forever. I do not envy you

Good Luck.. That car dealmaker had was pristine. He held close to his price for a LONG time. Wonder who has it now... None around like that anymore.

wow..................it may be easier to find a unicorn with a *** of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Anybody who has one, more than likely isn't selling.
They want to keep it as much as you want to buy it.

-Great taste in choice of car though...............................:2tu:

People will tell you all day long that the car you are looking for is worth nothing because it is a Gen II. Good luck finding one. Took me 4 years. That was before they were all crashed by idiots.

I wouldn't say none, there is mine. ;-) Granted mine is not an ACR but I prefer a regular GTS over a ACR due to the expense of the shocks and the rough ride etc...

He may have held out for his price which I think was smart. I am sure it was worth every penny. I wouldn't sell mine for any less than he got for his. Actually if I remember correctly what he got for his I think he ended up letting it go cheap IMHO. I would not sell mine for anything right now.

You are correct, I know how long and hard I looked for a car as clean as mine is and they are hard to find. Like PatentLaw said, they are all beat up, modified or wrecked at one time. I still loosely follow the market and have NOT come across a nice Sapphire/Silver or Graphite/Silver GTS with low mileage that I would want to buy in a long long time. Nice cars are truly getting few and far apart if not nonexistant.

I know a lot of people had socked these cars away in their garage thinking they will be highly collectable one day, I wonder how many are still in existence but we just do not know about.

I've always had a hankering for a 2010 ACR and could be convinced to sell my GTS to free up the garage space.
It is neither an ACR, nor a garage queen with 35K miles on the clock, but it has all the right modifications for a street driven Viper.

Yeah, good clean no bs cars are not easy to come by at all. The dip in the market will actually help those who hang on. As the cars values sank my guess is a lot of people who thought mothballing would make them money decided to cut their losses. Lets face it a 45k ACR is a no brainer to drive the hell out of. I cant think of anything even close for that money (performance and exclusivity). So what was a garage queen turned into a driver, and for good reason.

If you have a pristine low mileage unmolested ACR I think you have something special. Just my .02

Does anyone have the paint code for the silver stripes and perhaps where it can be purchased?
