Anyone know this Viper?

Dodge : Viper:eBay Motors (item 360202385489 end time Nov-04-09 08:22:33 PST)

Car is in Houston now. Autocheck shows the car had came through Ringgold about the 1st of this year. Before then car was a PA car. The stripes are aftermarket painted stripes, so i'm assuming the car was solid black at one point in time. Any info on this one? I'm in San Antonio and will be driving up to see it tomorrow.
