Well........ looks like I might have a couple more things up my sleeve.
Maybe a Stryker Red Viper traffic light........ Blue/White Launch Edition Viper themed gas pump...... and a Stryker Red Viper themed gas pump. How does that sound?
All are in primer and should be painted by the end of this week! I will post pics as soon as they are done. Oh, each has some carbon fiber accents. It's all in how you accessorize.
Also, waiting on a couple more vendors to decide what they are donating.
Ooooh. Shiny. I like shiny things.
The winters are long up there aren't they.
11. OEM Dodge Viper 10 Spoke Wheels
This is a full set of four OEM Dodge Viper 10-Spoke Wheels (WPH) that came to us straight from the Conner Avenue Assembly Plant. They arrived in slightly used condition (probably off a pilot car) and we wanted them to be as close to new condition as possible. So we sent them to one of the best alloy refinishing shops in the country where they were cleaned, measured for radial and lateral run-out, stripped, and inspected for any
structural problems (there were none).
They then repaired any scratches, dings, or curb rash present on the wheel to provide a factory-smooth finish all the way around. Finally, they polished them to a brilliant shine and did something that we requested and that was to NOT apply a clear coat. Why? Because if you have ever seen the high-grade aluminum of a Viper wheel polished without the duller clearcoat applied you will be amazed. Shining like brilliant chrome, these will blow all the other Viper owners away when they see them. They will take a little more care (no abrasive cleaners), but that is about it.
You will be VERY pleased with this set.
While they aren't brand new and perfect, they look fantastic inside and out.

SCT Flash Programmer

Finally, the Viper & Ram SRT-10 owners have a means of flash-programming their Powertrain Control Modules to make changes in the way the engine systems operate or to correctly control aftermarket engine modifications without the need for piggyback or inline controllers, or going to a replacement controller. The capability of the factory PCM is greater than expected, and as of now, can finally be programmed by the end user easily and without so much as removing a single screw. The flash programmers (XCal2) can hold a total of 3 tunes plus the stock tune. The end user can switch between these tunes any time they would like by plugging the controller into the OBD-2 port under the driver side dash. An SCT/DCX authorized dealer such as VSP can edit these tunes at any time if the car is upgraded again, and now that the LiveLoad software has been released, these tunes can simply be e-mailed to and uploaded by the customer at home. The flash programmer will VIN lock to your car once it is used, although the programmer can be unlocked and moved to a different car for a fee if you happen to sell or change vehicles. The XCal2 can also read and erase DTC's to extinguish the check engine light and diagnose faults.
The purchase price includes 1 XCal2, and up to 3 basic tunes. Additional basic tunes can be added later, but are not required during the initial purchase and can be added at any later date for 49.00 each. VSP will work with the customer to determine what parameters will be changed, such as injector scaling, fan temps, spark and fuel maps, decel fuel modes, etc. YOU chose your parameters, or you can have us choose them for you. There is no hidden fee for custom tunes, each and every customer has the option to specify what they want in their tunes. Please contact VSP if you have any questions on what can be edited on your program. Large scale custom tuning also available for extremely modified engines, this is charged by the hour for writing tunes.
Future software updates will also yield new parameters and options that the dealer can list as customer-adjustable. The XCal2 will also serve as a logging device once the LiveLink Software becomes available. The current Xcal2 will be compatible with these future updates, and they are right around the corner. VSP has been helping SCT create new parameters and unlock the PCM to its full potential as quickly as possible.
Select your Processor Code, this is the part number found on your PCM. If your code is not listed, please contact VSP, it just needs to be added. The PCMs of 1996-2002 cars are located under a cover on the Driver side in front of the door hinge secured to the toe box, and the PCMs on 2003-2006 cars are located on the Driver side inner fender, right behind the upper radiator hose and to the rear of the headlight. Also select the number of tunes you wish to start with, additional tunes can be added later.
