Lowered Gen 1's on stock 17's?

Hi guys/gals

I have ordered lowering springs for my 93 RT/10 with stock wheels.

I am hesitant as to how low the car might sit. Would appreciate if anyone can post a pic of their Gen RT/10 lowered on stock 17's please.

What kind of springs are you looking to use? I have Intrax on my 95 and love the look.

Hypercoil, apparently they are the replacements for Eibach being supplied by Parts Rack

Oh well, it's been a while and I have to admit. My car sits way too low and makes it difficult to drive everywhere.
Look at this incident, there's hardly any incline to my driveway!

I just raised my 96 GTS up about an inch. It was just a tad to low for the roads around here. Thank God I have adjustable JRZ's that make it easy...

Came with the car, one of the reasons I bought it. The ride is outstanding compared to a stock viper.

Springs lower an inch
You could give aftermarket Caps a try wich only lower 1/2". These are just the things that slide in between the upper spring and perch to hold the spring in place.

Stock springs are way to soft IMO though. 250lbs front is pathetic... A complete aftermarket setup will result in a better handling car with less bodyroll in the corners and allow you to adjust the height precisely wherever you'd like.

I'm lowered 2" all the way around in a Gen II RT/10 but not adjustable, that only leaves 3" clearance at the front, it looks great but not practical, I'm still looking into something to raise it for driveways and such, then lower it back down for cruising, my suspension guy is looking into it, so far he's come up with $10,000 + for hydraulic and looking into pneumatic now.
