Rather than start a new thread, I will just ask on here. How do you remove the door panels? Does anyone have any pics showing this process? Ive got some speakers, now I need to install them.
Thanks,

Thanks,

If your only changing the stock speakers with replacements, NO NEED TO
REMOVE DOOR PANELS. You can PM me I should be able to help you. The
entire process will take about 30 minutes max.

Did you change your speakers music? If you need anymore info I changed all of mine will give you any info you would like.

I'm just about to order 6" JL VR600-CSi Components (well my girlfriend is for my 30th birthday:D), and seeing as you've done it I might as well double check.
The factory in-dash tweeter is 3/4"?
To get at them you just pull the grill in the dash off with a pick?
You mentioned factory crossovers in another post, they're integral to the factory amplifier correct?

You said the diamond tweeter was a direct drop in, but I can't find the size of the Diamond tweeter(hoping 3/4")

Thanks Brad

Where do the crossovers go if you upgrade to the Diamond D362 6 inch components?

Tweeter in dash and mid in door but what about the crossover?

I was told if use the factory amp and wires, the crossover is built in already to protect the factory tweeters in dash.

did not use crossover factory amp has a crossover function due to the fact they set it up as a component setup. You could mount them next to the amp under passenger seat. PM if you need more info.
