Monnie is a black and silver stripe, which points to 1999 if my Memory on years/Black Vipers serves me correctly.
I remember when I let monnie take mine out for a quick sprint with his son one night, as soon as he came back with it, he said "wow, I didnt expect it to snap so hard and spin the tires in second, that thing has a lot of power" (or something to the effect) and thats when I gave him my list of mods that really made that car come alive..
I also had someone email me asking the equation, here was my response:

What was done to your 02 ACR that got it in the 11's (11.50)? That is a pretty impressive number for a Gen II.
I could clip off 11.50's all day long, consistent and solid as hell. Never really got heat soaked, even when it was super hot out. Worst it would do is 11.60's Mph was always 125
Not bad for bolt ons, and OEM street tires.
I could give you a more detailed/exhaustive list, but the short wins and well proven products are these:
1. B&B headers,
2. Random Tech METAL substrate cats (3 inch)
3. Random Tech Cat Back (3 inch) (set mufflers to loudest/ more flow)
4. T&D roller rockers
5. Mopar PCM or 2002 PCM (was pretty consisten with either, but mopar SHOULD give a slight lead).
6. Aluminum Flywheel.
Stock Gears, stock tranny, stock tires. Would get ACR rims, as they are lighter, less recipricole mass.
Set Shocks to (acrs are adjustable) to medium settings (have the exact numbers at home, etc).
I'd have to spend a little more time thinking about the mods on the car, but thats going to get you 90% of the way there.
