The Quest for 275 MPH

It would be at ECTA Arkansas mile in Blytheville. They do 1/2, 1 and 1.24 ( 2 km ) runs. I believe the dates are May 1st for tech inspection and then run May 2nd, 3rd and 4th. If I can get everything together I will make an attempt at 275+ on the 4th. Come run or watch if you are able to, hoping there are some Vipers there.

On a really great day for me, just like Christmas, Blucifer started up yesterday and idled. I'm heading to Gearhead tomorrow and will try to figure out how to post a video of it running. I will probably need a 10-year-old to help me with posting the video. At this point the dyno won't be much longer, definitely looking forward to driving it around central Florida and eventually on a runway to see what it can do.

It definitely is a noise I've been waiting almost 4 years to hear. Next, I need to be in the driver's seat and cruising around central Florida to get use to all the new quirks it will have now. At twice the WHP, sequential, quad carbon clutch and a lot more mods it will be a bit different car for sure.

Here are pictures of the dash plate wrapped in flat black, we put sponsor decals in that area so they are visible in the videos and passenger seat is installed if anyone wants to volunteer to ride along . Also, tech inspection requires any throttle body that isn't drive by wire have (2) springs so Gearhead added a second one. Dyno should be done next week and then I will drive it some to work out any issues, then back to Gearhead for bulkhead and some additional mods.
