Looking to order some Super Sports from Viper Parts of America. What's your advice on 275 vs 285's for my 2005 vert? Any major advantage with the larger width? thanks!

275/35ZR18, or 295/30ZR18 are the front Viper sizes with the 10" rim. The 285/35ZR18 tire is a little to tall. I would almost say it is an idiot size for the Viper. :crazy2:

275/35r18 has a 96.25mm sidewall.
285/35r18 has a 99.75mm sidewall.
295/30r18 has an 88.5mm sidewall.

If anything a 295/30 is too small and you'll add tire to fender gap. Gross.

285/35 is the best as it fills the wheel well BARELY more and gives you more tread width.

I went with the 285/35 offering...more front tire seems to be a good thing for my car.

As far as side wall size it looks to me like the 285/35 side wall will almost match the rear side wall of a 345/30 at 103.5mm.
