    Cannot believe this Houston viper owner!

    My Mazda, or even my lowly Ford Taurus for that matter, never had dirt/mud on it for over a week. I washed the Mazda after every trip home to get the bug juices off it.

    Re: Side Pipes on a \'96? Yes, possible. You can have it so it looks just like the Gen Is, may be just a replacement with the Gen II side sills. Or you can have it so you have an exhaust hole cut out of the sill.

    Drove 1700 miles--how many Vipers did I see?

    I saw about 8 Z06s at VIR. Actually most of them were from GA. My stepdad said he saw a 96-97 GTS on a highway just off our exit over the weekend.

    lol, last night I saw some guy driving down the highway in what looked to be an 80s Buick had 22s or more. Made the thing have more ground clearance than our Durango. To bad I wasted all my film at VIR Viper Days :D , or I would have taken a picture.

    I think they are pretty much the same SRT engine, if not exactly the same. I tell you though, after hearing those things at VIR, it made me really want one. they sounded like the cars at Richard Petty's Racing School.

    Why are you noticing these "faults" in your Viper now? Is it a new-to-you car? These many mis-aligned parts sends up a light if you just bought it. Another thing is why don't you trust your dealer? Did you buy the car from them?
