Unfortunatly, I don't have a Viper. But, that was some great info you dished out, Bill. Thanks to all for the info. I was just curious on its "everday"/VOI function with travelling since I did not know. I believe when I buy my first Viper, it'll be a Gen I; but I am a GTS guy. We can't all be...
My dad won't use anything else on his cars. My dad has been a mechanic/gear head for MANY years. They are what comes stock on most imports, and domestics. Granted we don't own a Viper though. Nor do we don't have a dyno test, but they run well, and no failures.
\"Altezza\" tail lights on SRT? just a thought
You'd have to use your imaginations, but what would you guys think of an SRT with "Altezza" style taillights? I'm not much of a ricer, but if they're done right/cleanly, I think they'd look pretty good. Hypothetically, you could put on an...
On the GTS-R (GT2), are you able to open the glass safely and easily load bags/miscellaneous items into the hatch.
Also with other GTSs that have that style or other style wings, [same question].

There's also Snake-Oyl. You can go to their website. They have both cat-back, or headers/exhaust (a.k.a.- full exhaust). They're is also Belanger. I recommend you go to a VCA/Viper event and ask people what kind of exhaust they have. Different exhaust sounds best to different people. IMO-...
Re: 20
Ok, you got me there Jeff. I was automatically thinking compact car size tires. Not anything like non-stock truck tires or "swampers". So if you took the 20" wheel with 1" sidewalls, you come to a total diameter of 22". If you take my 14" wheels I had on my Mazda with 3.5" tire sidewall...
I'm a Ford man, and a Mustang guy, but I don't care who it is, if they start being cocky and start bragging, you gotta let the hammer down and nail those arrogant bastards. Nice job!
That's why if I ever start looking to date (occupied right now), and I have a Viper, I'll be taking my daily driver (obviously not my Viper) when I'm out "searching" or dating. I'm not ready to settle down, but I'm more of the committed type (as opposed to one-nights) and can't take one that's...
That looks sexy in all black. I think it looks better that way than with silver stripes. I'm not saying I don't like it w/ stripes, because I'm definitly a stripes guy. Thanks for posting the pic.
Forgot to ask what mods if any the Viper had, along with any other vehicles tested. Sorry I couldn't gather this up in one post. My brain's a little sketchy today being Monday.
Honestly, I don't know when the next time I'll be in MD is. It may be as late/early as Christmas. Depends because it's my dad's year for that holiday (divorced parents, still doing joint custody "act").
We can't wait either Fishy. Kill him once more, make him whine and cry about you having 2 more cylinders and/or about you having forced induction. But you have your power adder, he has his; you have your 2 cyclinders, he has his softer susp. which is better for drag.
I don't think this mile race had any rules like that.
If you just wanted to win or whatnot which you "knew" you were already going to do, why not just put on another "show" and nearly bust the balls on the Stryker. The Vette owners' eyes would have dropped out of socket, and it's what the Viper...
Magic, they also have the same style pumps on some the kind you use to inflate sports balls (footballs, basketballs, soccer balls). I can't tell you how much they go for in stores, or if they'll fit, just another alternative.
XS, being easily "amused" is one of the things that helps me get...
