I have a 2004 with exact same symptoms that I’ve been fighting for a year. Drivers window went down but won’t go up. Can hear window motor clicking but no movement. I narrowed it down to the BCM. Did all the same troubleshooting as you did. I purchased a new BCM programmed with correct...
Hi Dan. Thank you for your support. We are lucky to have you. I have one question about rebuilding a Body Control Module (BCM) on my 2004 Viper. Is there a place you recommend where I can send the BCM to be repaired? Is there anything that is needed such as the VIN etc… for the...
I have the clear bra installed on the front facia, side sills and a separate product on the headlights. Not a chip one on anything after 3k miles. you can see a little seam on the clear-bra but other than that it is probably the best investment I made when it was new.
I had the clearbra (x-pel) kit installed on my 04. I also had the side sills and behind rear tires done. I did it early on with only 500 miles. You will probably find that the side sills get pretty sand blasted so I would recommend doing it ASAP. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't see...
I have the xpel kit on my 04 if you have any questions. However, I would recommend some custom pieces like the side sills which get sand blasted. Head lights and fog lights are another product all together. I had these also done. Don't let anyone tell you that you can't see it after...
My Viper was one of vehicles that required the RRTs for the cam bolt issue. While repairing this issue I had the repair shop also look at the problem I had with the air conditioning, which was not working. This is second time the air stopped working. I drove it off the show room floor and the...
Sorry, dont have the link. I am one of the unfortunate ones who have to have the recall and was hoping to have the exhaust done at the same time. Before I have the exhaust done I was hoping someone had at least checked out what Mopar was marketing or at least according to the dealer.
Anybody tried the Mopar performance exhaust system (cat back)for an 04 Viper? The dealer says that it was manufactured by Borla specifically for Mopar.
I bought my Viper on 12/20/03. Did you buy yours before or after this date? I asking to see if I should have received a letter by now. Of course I heard of the most recent recall through this forum and have yet to hear from the dealership on the recall.
Re: 04 Cam sprocket VIN\'s
Unfortunately the VIN list is not complete. My Viper's VIN, which is not listed, is also one that must be repaired. I am not a happy camper.
Had the same concern about breaking the key off. After the dealer service rep did it for me I felt like an idiot. Don't worry it will open with a little force.
