My only guess as to why Vipers are not moving is the cost, definitely not due to lack of interest. On the way back from Paddock MotorSports yesterday, me and Viper Tony attracted so much attention, we had a fan club of cars (attempting to) follow us as we, lets just say, had a really good time driving home.
Vipers are the rarest well-known sports car out there less than 200k, except the Ford GT. There are countless more Ferraris, Porsches and Lambo's than Vipers. My only guess is that many people that can afford Vipers many not have the strong patriotic passion that most Viper owners have, and end up buying Porsches. Or they lack the balls to drive a 600 hp car w/out nanny control and cup holders.
For me personally, when it comes to trucks and sports cars, its a sin to buy anything not made in the U.S.A!
And before RTTTTTTed gets on my case...I consider our fellow Canadiens our brethren too!
