Installed the mounts in my stock GTS and loved them; handled better and felt more like one with the viper. It shake a bit more then normal some say but i didnt notice.

Yes, you will lose top end and mphs in each gear, thats why Im considering going back to stock or lesser. In 5th gear at 5800, Im maybe 150mph. When I had stock gears i could do high 130s in 4th and in 5th at 150 I had plenty of rpm range to go.

I have had to mod baffle for my two sets of T&Ds in two separate vipers but liked the jesels the best but feel you need the right cam for them.
Probably pads. Ask the guy what pads were put on and try to find out which ones you had prior, if possible. Share the info on this board and you'll get better response to your situation. If the pads are, as Jonb stated, some ish, try and have them replaced with pads ordered from Jonb and work...
Headwork, depending how aggressive, can range from $1400 to way over 3k. I had headwork done to the bowl only in my first viper and it made good power with just that but I had a nice cam by Greg good to match. Pulled like **** with good low end tq as well. Again, just depends on how much...
Head work will yield great results and nows the time to do it. Besides that, everything looks good. If your not concerned with more power, which I believe you are since you mentioned moving to an 8lb pulley in the future, dont bother with head work.
