Can never trust new parts

Needed a new alternator for my 01.

Bought a brand new mopar unit since I try to avoid reman stuff when possible.

Take it out of the box, give the pulley a spin and 'click click click click click click click click click'

Thanks but I bought another new Mopar one from Rock Auto .... just wanted to vent that the Mexican on the assembly line couldn't be bothered to take 1 second to spin it to make sure it's good

It just feels like the quality of the auto sector - parts and labor - has gone into the toilet these days.
